RESERVED NIGHTS DATES: Please include the plan you want (AP or B&B), Required Hotel CHECK IN DATES and CHECK OUT DATES, Single (SWB), Double (DWB), Triple (TWB) or Quadruple (QWB) Rooms, one or two bedsor matrimonial, approximately arrival time and flight info, if you need Tours, other hotels reservations, help with your itinerary, recommendations, airport pick up or drop off transfers, other info, etc.

 

RESERVATION POLICY: To guarantee the room reservation we need a non refundable pre-payment before arrival.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We charge 1 NOT refundable night for each NON consecutive reservation or first night of 3 nights or less, note that every non consecutive reservation is considered as unique reserve or first night, for reservations of 4 or more consecutive nights we charge 3 NON refundable nights, because we are a very small inn and need to avoid the "Just in Case"  reservations, PLEASE only reserve if you are positive and sure to use the rooms to avoid being charged for cancelling your reservation contract for ANY circumstance. Once payment is sent the contract is final.
